Subscription and Payments
- Subscription Types: WorkshopPro offers three payment plans; namely Full, Split and Monthly subscription plans for HaynesPro WorkshopData. All subscriptions are billed in advance.
- Payment Failure: If customer details cannot be verified due to incorrect company details, your license will not be created. In this case a refund can be processed if the correct bank account details are provided. Correct details must be provided for subscription activation.
- Cancellation and Refund Policy: You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time on the My Account page. Please note that no refunds are issued for mid-term cancellations.
User Obligations
- Legal Compliance: You agree to use the system in compliance with the laws of South Africa, including the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). Unauthorized sharing of personal information is prohibited.
- Misuse of the System: Misuse of the system that negatively impacts WorkshopPro or HaynesPro’s reputation or violates any law will result in immediate deactivation of your account without refund.
Data Security
- Privacy Commitment: We are committed to protecting your data in adherence to the POPIA Act by implementing robust security measures. For more details, please view our Privacy Policy.
Dispute Resolution
Disputes will be handled internally by the WorkshopPro management team to achieve a mutually beneficial resolution.
Intellectual Property
The intellectual property of all data and software on the HaynesPro system is owned by InfoPro Digital, the intellectual property and software of the WorkshopPro website is owned by Seven Sea traders cc. Unauthorized use of the material is strictly prohibited.
System Updates
Updates to the system are implemented automatically and are designed to improve the functionality without disrupting your use.
Limitation of Liability
WorkshopPro, its directors, employees, agents, or affiliates, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.
International Users
Support is provided only to users located on the African continent. Users outside this region should contact HaynesPro directly at cs.haynespro@infopro-digital.com for local support.
